I come from the majestic Bulgarian mountains, where my earliest memories are woven with an unbreakable bond to nature. Those cherished moments with my family, trekking through the wilderness, were my lessons in survival—how to ignite fire, fashion shelter, discern edible mushrooms, and uncover mountain herbs to soothe an ailing stomach. We'd infuse water with those peculiar green rocks, allowing their positive health properties to purify us from within. "Prevention over Cure" became my mantra. Upon relocating to London, UK, my pursuit remained steadfast—embracing all that is natural, seeking harmony for my body, mind, and spirit.
I immersed myself in a career as a Strength and Conditioning coach educating and helping a range of varied people, with a dedicated focus on enhancing movement and mobility. This endeavour became another facet of my journey towards embracing natural, holistic wellness, culminating in the birth of Detox Rocks.

In the midst of Bangkok's bustling concrete jungle, my childhood was an urban adventure, where nature seemed like a distant dream unless you ventured beyond the city limits. The vibrant chaos shaped me, but it was when I returned to the UK that my journey truly began.
I found my passion in strength coaching, dedicating a decade to mastering the art. But as time passed, the thrill of simply throwing weights around faded. Something deeper stirred within me—a newfound appreciation for health and well-being.
Now, instead of just aiming to lift heavy, I strive to nurture my health comprehensively. It's not just about throwing weights; it's about ensuring I can keep doing what I love. Cheesy as it may sound, taking care of our health molds us into resilient, mindful beings.
